What We Do

Institutional Development & Capacity Building

We work with organizations from both the public and private sector to strengthen their institutional and human capacity by assessing and analyzing individual and institutional performance factors. The concept of institutional development and capacity building is largely based on perceiving organizations as adaptive systems and taking systemic approaches to identify and analyse any existing performance gaps.

Human and institutional capacity development is an important challenge for any institution, which directly impacts on organizational performance. The most important element of the intervention is to go beyond training and coaching and to cover all potential factors affecting performance, examining the internal and external environment of a given organization.

AIMSS's main objective is to successfully implement institutional development and capacity building projects in various public and private sector institutions in the country.

      AIMSS is to support its partner organizations to improve and strengthen human and institutional capacity development, and institutional performance. We will analyze its organizational, process and individual performer levels, before delivering solutions to address the identified performance gaps and assisting customers to implement the performance solutions packages.
