Infrastructure Project Management

We deliver personalized and professional infrastructure project management services to customers throughout every phase of a project's development:

• Project Initiation - According to prefeasibility study parameters, at this stage we conduct business and financial analysis of the project which defines various elements of the project including total budget, financial and economic indicators and stakeholders' analysis. This stage concludes with by with the drafting of the project's preliminary charter including costs, tasks, deliverables and schedule.
• Planning and Design-At this stage, we develop the project's feasibility study including the bill of quantities, project costs, work breakdown structure, and suppliers. This stage concludes with the development of a detailed project design and the obtaining of formal approval (including licenses and permits) to begin the work.
• Execution - Here we put together the project execution team, manage quality assurance of deliverables and conduct procurement.
• Monitoring and Control-At this stage, we measure if the project costs, work schedule and work execution quality adheres to the scope of the project's management plan. If there is some deviation from the initial plan, we identify corrective actions to get the project back on course.
• Closing- We finalize all activities across all process groups and close each contract applicable to the project.
